What
does Rio Vista have to offer in terms of conveniences and entertainment?
Alot
and a little depending on your point of view. We have everything
a town of roughly six thousand people should have. A local
food market, 2 banks, 2 car dealers, 3 gas stations, a pharmacy,
a hardware store, one electronics store, one video/dvd rental,
and a select number of doctors, dentists, beauty parlors,
restaurants, specialty shops, and
pubs. Basically, a big little city...that we're very proud of. For
a quick tour of Rio Vista click here.
How
far are the shopping malls and hospitals?
20-30
miles. Both Antioch to the south and Fairfield to the west have most
all the national
and commercial outlets and health
facilities available today. For a quick map overview, see our Maps and Directions page by clicking here.
Do homeowners
dues cover yard maintenance?
No. The local gardeners charge $40 to $70 dollars.
What do HOA
dues cover?
Use of the recreation centers and most community facilities.
For more information click here or

What is not covered?
Golfing and individual homeowners maintenance ie: landscaping,
paint, etc.
If
our children or grandchildren visit can they use the facilities?
Yes they
can. Guidelines are posted in the Recreation center.

can be quite windy.

Temperature wise,
usually very mild from the coastal influence
to the west, none to extremely little snow, with some periods of fog. Overall
very temperate and pleasant.
How are the summers?
Warmer and dryer than the bay area, sometimes windy but mostly sunny
unlike the bay area to the west. Highs average upper 80's to mid
90's
Why do
Trilogy residents sell?
To move to another model or location within the subdivision,

grandchildren, etc. Mostly the same reasons people move everywhere.

Yes, in ample
supply just outside Trilogy.

we have a hot tub?
Yes, with HOA
approval. Usually not a problem.
