When the community now known
as Trilogy at Rio Vista was
in it's infancy in 1996, Diane Shafer managed the Design
Center for the builder, then Blackhawk Venture Group. When
Shea Homes assumed ownership of the growing community in 1999,
Diane continued on as the Director of Shea Homes Trilogy Design
Department,
helping new residents with her expert knowledge of their
home design options. By late 2003, after eight years with the
builder, perhaps no one knew the homes or the
residents
of Trilogy better than Diane. Recognizing the growing need of
her many former customers for a trustworthy realtor to assist
them in reselling their homes, Diane joined Wood Real Estate
of Rio Vista in late 2003 and began assisting Cheryl Wood (another
former
Shea sales associate) in representing the Trilogy community's
varied real estate needs. Now Diane is carrying on her commitment
to the
community with Shafer Real Estate,
the leading and most authoritative specialists of Trilogy Homes
in Northern California.

Diane Shafer lives in Rio Vista with her husband Michael and her Golden Retrievers Joey and Daisy. As a Design Consultant for 17 years, Diane has worked with many customers in new home construction. For 8 of those years, she helped customers at Trilogy select structural and design options in the Trilogy Design Studio. After several years with Wood Real Estate of Rio Vista, Diane opened Shafer Real Estate and now is happy to continue serving the Trilogy community and is very excited to be selling the homes she helped decorate.
Diane has extensive knowledge of all Trilogy Floor plans, the benefits and features of Trilogy, and the amenities Trilogy has to offer. Werter brings to Shafer Real Estate 18 years of real estate
experience. For 5 of those years, Debbie worked for the
builder at Trilogy as a salesperson. Debbie really
enjoys the active adults in Trilogy and is excited that they have
found such a wonderful place to call home.
Debbie knows all aspects
of Trilogy, including
knowledge of the floor plans, the Clubhouse amenities, the Active
Adult lifestyle concept, and she knows many of the Trilogy residents! As a real estate professional,

Jacqueline has been involved for over 30 years in many aspects of real estate Northern and Southern California and holds a California Brokers license. Her local experience began when selling homes for Blackhawk Venture Group at Summerset in Brentwood. She then transferred to their Rio Vista development which eventually became Trilogy when Shea Homes acquired it.
She was involved from the opening of the the Rio Vista neighborhood of Homecoming until its eventual completion and all 290 homes sold. As a Rio Vistan, she served the community by joining the Lions and becoming a Board Member of the Chamber of Commerce.
She has now returned and is excited to renew her connection with the Rio Vista residents she was previously fortunate enough to assist in finding their dream homes. Her knowledge of the area and her attachment to Trilogy (where she resides) are an invaluable asset for her current and future clients. She has now seen the growth of Rio Vista from a population of 3,274 to over 8,000 and intimately understands the community spirit, and the desirability and vibrance of the area.
Jacqueline’s hobbies include learning new languages and getting acquainted with different cultures. At every opportunity possible she loves to travel to New York for shows, museums, and the Opera, and has traveled extensively in the past.
